HOW TO FORMULATE COSMETICS AND PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS USING ENTRADA

Advonex is pleased to announce publication of an updated Formulation Guide to assist customers with applying its Entrada®
line of cosmetics and personal care ingredients. The Formulation Guide provides examples of how to use Entrada® ingredients to make commonly used cosmetics and personal care products from lipstick to sunscreen to bath bombs.
The cosmetic and personal care industry is aiming to eliminate harmful ingredients from its products – including petroleum-based ingredients. Until Entrada, there has been no viable source of paraffin wax and white oils for cosmetics use. Entrada® has zero traces of aromatics because of our process and feed stock used.
Advonex International is addressing this industry with Entrada®-WAX (renewable paraffinic and microcrystalline wax), Entrada®-EM (paraffin oil) oils, and Entrada®-GL (“petrolatum”) that enables formulators to make “green and natural” cosmetics. Entrada products can be customized to suit customers’ interest in developing eco-friendly and sustainable products.
Advonex can deliver paraffinic waxes, petrolatum, synthetic paraffin oils and other hydrocarbons with the consistency of petroleum-based products but sourced from soybean, canola, coconut and many other feedstocks.
